To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Asha Kitunzi, Juma kitunzis wife, am writing this letter

with regards to the jobseekers allowance claim, I had I stated that I
started working for helping hands on the 11 august 2015, that is
when I signed a zero hour contract.

I had asked for 16 hours whenever possible but since then I have
not worked yet nor have I been paid by them, However, if I start
work or I get any work I will notify you immediately all I know you
are only paid when you work.

As for my studies currently as I mentioned am repeating second

year and continuing to third year depends on the results of my
exams I took last week. And for the student loan yes I applied but
again this depends on my result if I will go on to third year and the
entitlement letter is not issued yet.

As of now we do not have any other income other than child tax
credit and child benefit. We are really struggling as all what is pain
in goes out into paying loans and direct debts we have no food in
the house and electricity and gas we are on emergency anytime it
runs out please help us.
