INSTRUCTIONS
1. Youradmissiontothetestisstrictlyprovisional.Beforeappearingfortheonlinetest,youshouldstrictlyensureyourself
thatyoufulfiltheeligibilitycriteriastipulatedbytheBankinallrespects.Themerefactthatthecallletterhasbeenissuedto
youdoesnotimplythatyourcandidaturehasbeenacceptedbytheBankorthattheentriesmadebyyouinyouronlineapplication
for test have been accepted by the Bank as true and correct. You may please note that the Bank will take up the verification of
eligibility conditions i.e. age, educational qualifications, experience and status (i.e. Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other
Backward Class/Physically Challenged/ExServiceman etc.) with reference to original documents only at the time of interview of
candidates who are qualified in the test on the basis of the marks obtained by them. You may therefore please note that if at any
stage,itisfoundthatyoudonotsatisfytheeligibilitycriteriaasgivenintheBanksadvertisement,ortheinformationfurnishedby
youintheapplicationisincorrect,yourcandidatureisliabletobecancelledforthwith,withsuchfurtheractionastheBankwouldlike
totake.
2. Youshouldascertainexactlocationofthevenuewellinadvanceofthedateoftest.
3. Youmustreachthevenueoftestbythetimementionedabove.Pleasenotethatifyoureport30minutesafterthereporting
timeyouwillnotbeallowedinthetesthallnorshallbepermittedtoleavetheexaminationhalltillthetimeforthetestis
over and the test administrator has given permission to leave. The test will begin after completion of the formalities like
capturing Biometric data, checking of attendance, obtaining signature on the call letter and collection of call letters
alongwithphotoidentityproofetc.TheBankwillnotberesponsibleforanydelayordisruptionintransport.
4. You must bring the call letter alongwith the photo identity proof such as Passport/PAN Card/Driving License/Voters Card/Bank
Passbookwithdulyattestedphotograph/IdentityCardissuedbyCollegeorInstitute/IdentityCardissuedbyGazettedOfficerinthe
officialletterheadinoriginal/UniqueIdentificationCard(Aadhaar)inoriginalaswellasaphotocopy.Pleasenotethatyournameas
appearing on the call letter (provided by you during the process of registration) should exactly match the name as
appearingonthephotoidentityproof.IfthereisanymismatchbetweenthenameindicatedintheCallLetterandPhoto
IdentityProofyouwillnotbeallowedtoappearfortheexam.Thephotocopyofphotoidentityproofshouldbesubmitted
alongwiththecallletter,totheinvigilatorsintheexaminationhallfailingwhichhe/shewillnotbepermittedtoappearfor
thetest.
RationCardwillnotbeacceptedasvalidIDproof.
IncaseofcandidateswhohavechangedtheirnamewillbeallowedonlyiftheyproduceoriginalGazette
notification/theiroriginalmarriagecertificate/affidavitinoriginal.
5. Biometricdata(Rightthumbimpression)willbecapturedtwicebeforethestartofexamandaftercompletionofexam.Withregards
tothesame,pleasenotethefollowing:
(a) If fingers are coated (stamped ink/mehndi/coloured...etc), ensure to thoroughly wash them so that coating is completely
removedbeforetheexamday.
(b) Iffingersaredirtyordusty,ensuretowashthemanddrythembeforethefingerprint(biometric)iscaptured.
(c) Ensurefingersofbothhandsaredry.Iffingersaremoist,wipeeachfingertodrythem.
(d) If the primary finger (Right thumb) to be captured is injured/damaged, immediately notify the concerned authority in the test
centre.
(Anyfailuretoobservethesepointswillresultinnonadmittancefortheexamination)
6. Youshouldalsobringstationerysuchaspencils,eraserandaballpointpenwithyoutotheexaminationhall.
7. Please note that if you adopt any unfair means or malpractice or commit any misconduct while appearing for the test, your
candidature is liable to be summarily cancelled moreover you may be liable to penal action. The Bank would be analyzing the
responsesofacandidatewithotherappearedcandidatestodetectpatternsofsimilarity.Onthebasisofsuchananalysis,ifitis
foundthattheresponseshavebeensharedandscoresobtainedarenotgenuine/valid,theBankreservestherighttocancelhis/her
candidature.
8. Youshouldstrictlycomplywiththedirectionsgiventoyoubythetestadministrator/invigilator.Ifanycandidateisfounddisregarding
thesedirectionshe/shewillbeliabletobedebarredfromthetest.
9. Useofbooks,notebooks,calculators,cellphonesetc.isnotpermittedinthistest.CellPhones,pagers,calculatorsorany
suchdevicesarenotallowedinsidethepremisesofthetest.Youareadvisedinyourowninterestnottobringanyofthe
banneditemsincludingcellphonestothetestvenue,asarrangementfortheirsafekeepingcannotbeassured.Ifyoufound
resortingtoanyunfairmeansincludinggiving/receivinghelpto/fromanycandidateduringthetestyouwillbedisqualified.
(Youshouldbevigilanttoensurethatnoothercandidateisabletocopyfromyouranswers).Bankwouldbeanalysingthe
responses (answers) of individual candidates with other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and wrong
answers.IfintheanalyticalprocedureadoptedbytheBankinthisregard,itisinferred/concludedthattheresponseshave
beensharedandscoresobtainedarenotgenuine/valid,Bankreservestherighttocancelthecandidatureoftheconcerned
candidatesandtheresultofsuchcandidates(disqualified)willbewithheld.
10. Anyonefoundtobedisclosing,publishingreproducing,transmitting,storingorfacilitatingtransmissionandstorageoftestcontentsin
anyformoranyinformationthereininwholeorpartthereoforbyanymeansverbalorwritten,electronicormechanicalortaking
awaythepaperssuppliedintheexaminationhallorfoundtobeinunauthoirsedpossessionoftestcontentislikelytobeprosecuted.
11. AnAcquaintYourselfbookletgivinginformationaboutthetypeoftestyouwillbetakingisavailableontheBankswebsite.

12. Youwillhavetoaffixyoursignatureandleftthumbimpression,inthespaceprovided,inthepresenceoftheInvigilator.
