Note:- Carry out pre-job safety meeting prior to each treatment. Treatment must be performed according to
BJ Services' and Pertamina EP Tanjung procedures for mixing and pumping cement slurry.

. RUN CENTRALIZER PROGRAM AS PER PERTAMINA PROGRAM.

. RUN CASING AS PER PERTAMINA PROGRAM. PERFORM MUD CIRCULATION WHEN THE CASING REACH
PREVIOUS CASING SHOE.
3 WHEN THE CASING AT BOTTOM HOLE, PERFORM MUD CONDITIONING BY REDUCING YP OF THE DRILLING
MUD AS LOW AS APPLICABLE. RECIPROCATE CASING WHILE MUD CONDITIONING. THREE BOTTOM-UP
VOLUME IS RECOMMENDED TO HELP MUD REMOVAL. MAKE SURE THERE IS NO LOSS CONDITION.

4 PERFORM FLUID CALLIPER. MAKE SURE THE MUD VOLUME IN AND OUT THE WELLBORE IS THE SAME

. RIG UP CEMENTING HEAD AND MANIFOLD. USE "Y" AND TWO HAMER VALVES ON THE RIG FLOOR TO
EASILY SWITCH FROM CEMENT LINE TO MUD LINE
. PRESSURE TEST CEMENT LINE TO 3000 PSI FOR 5 MINUTES.

 PRODUCT DISCUSSION

Safe and environmentally friendly cement additive, designed to provide ease of use,
in terms of field mixing and handling, while meeting rigorous standards of
environmental compliance. A-300L, acts primarily as a slurry strength enhancer but
also exhibits some accelerating effects, in terms of shortening thickening time. When
A-300L used alone or combined with other additives, A-300L substantially increase both
early and late compressive strength of all cement slurries. In addition, A-300L acts to
stabilise lower density slurries and, exhibits synergistic effects when combined with
dispersants and fluid-loss control additives. A-300L can be used in fresh or seawater
for slurries ranging from 11.0 ppg to 16.0 ppg.
A liquid fluid loss additive, designed to prevent the problems associated with filtrate
loss of cement slurry for bottomhole circulating temperatures, ranging from 80F to
300F. A highly versatile product, FL-45LN/FL-45LS is an anionic blend of high
FL-45LS molecular weight synthetic copolymer and surfactant that will control fluid loss in
cement slurries by absorption and conformation of macro molecules at the
solid/solution interface, in other words, it will attach to the cement particles and
thicken the interstitial water.
Dispersant, a dark brown liquid, composed primary of a highly polymerized
naphthalene sullonate. It is used to thin cement slurries so that turbulent flow can be
CD-31L achieved at a reasonable low pump rate, it is also use to densify slurries up to 17.5
ppg, resulting in heavier, stronger cement.
An anionic blend of organic acid salts. When mixed with cement it will absorb into
the cement particles and chelate the calcium ions retarding formation on CSH gels.
R-21LS has a slight dispersive action with most cements, which results in some
R-21LS thinning of cement slurry. Due to this, better fluid loss control is generally obtained.
It can be use as a retarder with slurries prepared with either fresh water or
sea`water. It used at temperature range of 120 F to 350 F.
Gas block additive, a water suspension of tiny silica particles with average size of 0.8
microns it effectively reduce the internal permeability of the cement by chemically
BA-58L and physically blocking the slurries matrix. These include fluid loss materials and the
slurries' ability to prevent gas migration. The material is very versatile and can be
used with equal effectiveness in fresh or sea water.
Liquid defoamer, light yellow fluid, defoamer for cement slurries. It is very effective
FP-9LS and long lasting defoamer for cement slurries. It prevent the formation of foam or
destroys the foam immediately if added when foaming has commenced
