 M.E.G. TRANSFORMER: TOM BEARDEN CORE / BUILD:
TO BUILD A M.E.G DEVICE, YOU NEED THESE PARTS:
1. CORE: AMCC-320, HONEYWELL-HITACHI POWERLITE C-CORE
TRANSFORMER CORE DIMENSIONS: See Picture below.

Please note that the M.E.G. transformer can come in many

shapes, types and forms! The one above form is one example!
M.E.G. DRIVER CIRCUIT CAPACITORS:
1. C1 = 1nF, 150 Volt
2. C2 = 100nF, 150 Volt
3. C3 = 100uF electrolytic, 150 Volt
M.E.G. DRIVER CIRCUIT RESISTORS:
1. R1 = 10K Ohms, 0.5 Watt
2. R2 = 1K Ohms, 1-2 Watt Metal Film

NOTE: You may choose to directly solder all wires to the P.C.
board and / or to the hobby box input plugs on the project
case to avoid unnecessary high resistance connections. I prefer
to do it this way...to avoid problems that transpired during
testing a prototype build of my own.
M.E.G. DRIVER CIRCUIT L.E.D.S:
1. One Green L.E.D. [Hobby box power ON];
2. One White L.E.D. [Hobby box TR1 power Pulsing];
3. One White L.E.D. [Hobby box TR2 power Pulsing].
L.E.D. LIGHT RESISTORS:
1. 10K Ohms, 0.5 Watt [Adapt this resistor to the voltage used]
2. 10K Ohms, 0.5 Watt [Adapt this resistor to the voltage used]
3. 10K Ohms, 0.5 Watt [Adapt this resistor to the voltage used]
THERMAL CUT-OUT SWITCH or MINIATURE CUT-OUT RELAY:
1. Thermal Cut-Out rated at 10 Amps [Whatever is suitable] to
cut off input power / output power, in case of a short-circuit or
device fault or overload.
2. Standard 15 Amps fuse.
Suitable Power Supply or Batteries to Power the M.E.G Device:
1. Buy a suitable power source of your choice [12-35 Volts, 20
Amps capable minimum or higher, if you wish.
Transformer Magnet Wire and other Project Required Wire:
1. Buy suitable transformer wire as per your choosing.
2. Buy suitable other wire types to connect your project
components together with.
OTHER PLUGS / TERMINALS / CLIPS / CONNECTORS:
1. Buy all required lugs, terminals, connectors, plugs, crocodile
clamps, push-in connectors [male and female] that you would
like to use in this project.
PERMANENT MAGNETS FOR TRANSFORMER CORE:
1. Buy suitable magnet[s] for your projects as per your own
chosen specific build idea or plans.
I.C. CURRENT LIMITING CIRCUITRY [IF REQUIRED]:
1. You may wish to use a I.C. voltage limiting or adjustable
circuit to power your I.C. side of the circuit, if you decide to
use a pulser output voltage of higher than 35 volts. The I.C. can
tolerate a power input on itself of 35 volts, but more than that
is asking for trouble.
OTHER COMPONENTS REQUIRED:
1. On / Off Switch
2. Output and Input plugs for the hobby box
3. Glue for fastening the LEDS and other parts
4. Heat dissipating paste for your transistors
5. Silica insulator mica washers for the transistors
6. Hobby box
7. Aluminium suitable type heat-sink for the two transistors
8. 55-1,500 Watt 12 / 24 / 40 / 50 / 120 / 230 / other Voltage
Halogen car headlamp or other type bulbs to test the output
of your completed High Frequency Pulser Flip Flop Two
Channel Device. You must adapt the driver device to your
power requirement this is stage one of the device; the
transformer is stage two and here you get the big power out!
9. RLoad 100K Ohms resistors, cement block type of a suitable
wattage for output tests [See circuit for correct values];
10. RCur 10 Ohm resistors, cement block type of a suitable
wattage for output tests [See circuit for correct values];
11. TRANSFORMER: Winding tape / wires / heat shrink tubing
/ terminations / solder wire / core bobbins / suitable made
casing / mounting bolts / nuts / washers / clamps, etc.
12. Did I forget anything? [If so, then add to this list!

MY LGI MEG CIRCUIT BOARD V1.0

Below is the actual size of this M.E.G. Driver Circuit Board.
This board, with my powerful air core
high frequency new energy design
permanent magnet transformer, can
fit right into a medium sized lunch
box, and can replace a noisy
polluting, expensive, petrol engine
driven 230 Volt 20+ KVA or larger
GenSet...which is a very heavy device! My device is under 2 Kg.

Above you see my MEG circuit board and below, one of my

present permanent magnet transformer builds, with air-core
output coils...under construction.

Above: One of my M.E.G. transformers that are presently

being built. It has an air-core H.F. central output coil, wound
with e.g. 12 mm multi stranded, silver coated, copper wire and
is capable of high amperage output, to power e.g. your house.
You may e.g. daisy chain these output coils in series or in
parallel to make a more powerful device, if you so wish.
One of these grey, small, thick-wire output coils can e.g. equal
a big, heavy, noisy, expensive to run petrol-engine-driven,
cage type gen-set, e.g. bought in hardware stores it can
replace that big cumbersome device with my black box and
one of the above grey-coil transformers! Isnt that neat?

GEN-SET IN A LUNCH-BOX
You may call my electricity generating M.E.G. device a Gen-Set
in a lunch-box if you so wish that is what it is? It can be
designed to power-up 30-60 X 1,500 Watt 230 Volt A.C.
Halogen lamps...with ease and it can still fit in a lunch-box!

using an iron metal core instead of a Metglass H.F. Tape
wound Power-Lite or Finemet Honeywell / Hitachi core:

board circuit version, slightly different to mine, using a NE555
pace-setter chip, driving the main TL494 I.C. You can replicate
this simple circuit straight from this P.C. board!

frequency light weight transformer cores can also be
manufactures in gigantic larger sizes, and indeed is available
for power utility size transformer requirements...

Notice the connectors, switches, LEDS, heat sink, rotary knobs
etc. You may choose to NOT box your build if you so wish!

IMPORTANT NOTE TO CONSTRUCTORS:

You can build a M.E.G. without all this shown electronics AND
you can make it self-powering and self-sustaining!
You can use many typical types of cores: laminated iron cores
/ Ferrite cores / MetGlass cores / Air-Cored cores, etc.
Below you see my black box under construction, using a hand-
made printed circuit board. This is one of my initial
prototypes.
I now have available factory made M.E.G. driver P.C. Boards,
made to my design and all my newer constructed black boxes
will contain those factory made M.E.G. driver circuit boards.
Below you see this black box in a very early stage of
construction...you will notice it has fewer components fitted
than the above more completed version.
Looking at these pictures you can learn a lot from my
construction and assembly techniques...
I do these types of projects as a hobbyist and have been doing
so since my childhood. Electronics is fun! I took it up as a
hobby, decades ago...it keeps me out of mischief...and away
from mind control and mind numbing 666 TV broadcasts!

working. This one is however set up to be a proof of
principle toy-type, low output set-up, but it does not have to
be such if you so desire! The above shown device, with a few
simple modifications can output Kilo-Volts and Kilo-Watts!
