Comments: Andrea, overall your essay is very thoughtful and interesting. I like your central point
about the mission being a place for learning about ones heritage and gaining a sense of belong
and connection to people from the past and present. I think your thesis could be worded a bit
more concisely though. I think you could explain a little more about the history of the mission,
since this is the history/heritage that visitors should be learning. I think the internal organization
of your paragraphs could be clearer; beginning with more direct topic sentences would help with
this. You have paraphrased some historical information, but you have not cited it (in-text
citations). You also should try to incorporate more quotes.
