paintings as well as hand-signed limited edition works of art by contemporary artist Robert Deyber.
For the last decade Deyber has created close to 150 paintings a year and was chosen to be a
featured artist in the Quarterly Publication "New American Paintings."

Robert Deyber's artwork is full of surprises. Every canvas revels in the artists sense of humor, each
painting a visual rendering of a clear turn on a common phrase. Despite his humorous nature, however,
Robert Deyber is a seriously skilled painter. With artistic roots that hail from the Surrealist movement,
among his heroes are Rene' Magritte and Salvador Dali. His artwork is collected by a worldwide audience
and his career has taken him all over the world. He lived for a while in the Umbria region of Italy and
now resides in rural Connecticut.

The artist's reception will be on Friday, May 26, 2017, from 6:00PM-8:00PM at 1111 Prospect Street, La
Jolla By The Sea. The art is on exhibit through June 10, 2017
