Instructions to Students

This paper is to be the cover page of your exam. All questions are to be answered on separate paper
and stapled to this cover page prior to your arrival in class on Friday.

Solutions are due on Friday, April 06, 2016 at 12:00 hrs. Test will not be collected after the due date
and time!!!

All work submitted must be your own. You may use your book and your notes, but you are not
allowed to collaborate you may not consult any person other than the instructor Ms. Holder (e-
mail: magnoliagy@gmail.com or you may utilize the online platform) during the course of this
examination.

It is intended that you spend 3 hours on this exam. That includes time spent solving each question
as well as time spent writing each question up explaining each step in a logical fashion.
