Recipe for adobo:


Soy sauce
Chili/bell pepper
Pork/ chicken


1. slice the chicken or pork into medium size/ slice the onion and garlic
2. fry the onion and garlic in the frying pan together with the pork or chicken
3. leave it for 10 to 15 min.then after that put some 1 and a half glass of water stir
it for 10 min then put some vinegar and soy sauce, put the chili or any ingedients
u want to make it hot
4. put a little bit of salt and sugar, taste it u add sugar and salt its depends on ur taste
