Brief (original intellectual property) An intellectual property is protected

within law, an example of this would be copyright, trademarks and
patents which will enable different people to be able to earn recognition
or financial benefit from what they are inventing or creating.
Franchised franchised is when an intellectual property is based around
an idea which already has an existing idea already out, although its not
exactly the same idea as the original ideas isnt completely the same as
the game which is already out but it does have a similar style to it.
