THE IDEA IS TO DESIGN AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK,
WHICH CAN BE DEVELOPED AS A CONCEPT OF CRYPTOGRAPHY,

THIS IDEA USED FOR GENERATING ALL THE CORES OF THE
BUILDING; LIFT CORE, SERVICE CORE, WHICH IS USED BY EVERY
USER OF THE PARK, & ALL THE USERS SHARE THE SAME CORE
OF EVERY SPACE.
-PUBLIC KEY ENCRYPTION
THIS IDEA IS USED FOR GENERATING PUBLIC & PRIVATE AREAS,
WHICH ARE DIFFERENT IN THE FUNCTION BUT THEY ARE USED
PROJECT DETAIL BY THE SAME USERS BUT AT DIFFERENT TIME. IT HAS SPACE

Scope of Work
Designing and Development of the proto typical for the detailed brand of 7-
Eleven all over the southern USA.
The main challenge lies in implementing the various construction methods
keeping in mind the shorts span in which the built-up structure can be
erected.
Responsibility
Development of the project in Revit Architecture and using BIM as a tool to
resolve all the onsite issues with respect to services and Architecture prior
to sending the drawings on site for construction.
All this helps to avoid the number of site conflicts and hence expedite the
construction process at one go.
