Objective
To obtain a Clinical Dietitian position where I can apply my extensive medical nutrition therapy background
when providing patients from diverse backgrounds with evidence-based, individualized nutrition care.

nephrology/dialysis, critical care (surgical and medical), community nutrition, and acute surgery.
Performed duties of an entry-level dietitian for five weeks on the neurology/neurosurgery unit.

Researched and presented cultural competencies in diabetes self-management for the Caribbean

Researched and presented a case study to 20 inpatient Registered Dietitians about current nutrition
practice for patients who have received isolated intestinal transplants.
