Limitations of the study

They are the shortcomings, conditions or influences that cannot be controlled by the
researcher that place restrictions on your methodology and conclusions. E.g.: time
constraints, analysis, sample etc.

Overcoming Limitations of the study

This is where you mention the strategies you will put in place or thing you will do to help
overcome the limitations mentioned above.

Research specifications specifying: all the steps you would follow in order to achieve
your research outcomes (Work Plan/Timeline) e.g.:
i do a literature review
ii prepare a questionnaire
iii Prepare a timeline for research steps
iv prepare informed consent for participants
v validate questionnaire- Pilot testing
vi collect participants responses
vii etc.

Please do not submit your proposal late. It must be submitted by the deadline for
submission. Failure to submit your proposal on time would mean it will not be
approved on time. You will have to wait for approval before you can start your
research. This will cause severe delay in when you can actually start your
research
