Good Afternoon Ms.

Roberts

Thank you for your prompt response

I thought perhaps the Mayor and Council would have some concern for the welfare of the people
and their kids in the Town of Georgina considering the fact they are our elected representatives of
the people of Georgina who TRUST Council to act on behalf of their best interests.

I presume the Town has some agreement with York Region in the matter of Police Services in
Georgina in which you collect the taxes and forward payment for these service onto the Region
and if that be the case you do have jurisdiction in these matters as we taxpayers of Georgina
expect our Police services to be of the standards as guaranteed by the Constitution Act, 1982,
Part 1, Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the supreme law of Canada and I have
provided the Mayor and Council irrefutable proof that they are not only not up to standards but the
York Regional Police are involved in a conspiracy and cover up of the conspiracy which,
regardless of how you care to define their service , the evidence proves your constituents Rights
and Freedoms as guaranteed by the Charter are not being protected.

That is the bottom line and by your response have demonstrated Council’s frivolous attitude in
these most serious matters dealing with the welfare of the people who have bestowed their Trust
in you to deal with such issues in respect of them.

When I find some time I will look into this matter about how our taxes are distributed for police
services but at the very least there is a moral issue here where you are organized with the
wherewithal to make the concerns of the people heard which does not require a petition for a
reasonable Council to know that the people expect the police enforcement as guaranteed and
paid for.

There is no difference in this understanding than if the people caught the police behind Zehr’s
partying with the drugs and beer they confiscated from illegal possessions.

The people could file a complaint with the police and if the matter was not attended to you could
expect complaints from your constituents and they would expect you to act responsibly in these
matters.

I expect you to act responsibly in these matters, however I respect your request and will refrain
from sending further correspondence in this regard and your disdain for my attempt to bring this
matter regarding the protection of your electorates to your attention is well received and recorded.

I will continue in my endeavor to find someone who actually cares about them, not their vote.

Good evening

Frank Gallagher
