Describe the most significant challenge you have faced and the steps you have taken to overcome
this challenge. How has this challenge affected your academic achievement?

Throughout my experience, I developed an apprehension towards social communication that

largely inhibited me from participation in society due to how I reflected judgment and sentiments
of solitude. This challenge became evident as the opinions of others toward my authentic ideas
prevented me from considering their value, ultimately impacting me adversely as unspoken
principles dont produce an impact on others nor influence a concept. Through an academic
perspective, my apprehension reduced my engagement in student collaboration and open
speaking of concluded answers. This disrupted potential success as the education system
constantly promotes collaboration since it is a fundamental aspect in the industry of about all
careers, however, partnership is also the root of increased innovation as minds have particular
strengths. With this in mind, I realized that interpersonal communication was a dynamic
necessity and needed to be implemented into my life, though, it wouldnt have been possible
without my own effort or the aid of friends who encouraged me to voice myself.

My personal effort to incorporate social communication began as I educated myself in strategies

and principles that are critical to influence others. For countless days, I studied techniques
provided impactful TED conferences as well as the methods incorporated by other students, a
process that required attention to detail and the constant seeking to expand my capabilities in
interaction. Once my voice became entirely crucial to me, I realized that I conquered social
communication enough to provide a fundamental influence despite the judgement my ideas may
receive.

Inclusive, the environment provided by friends and teachers in my junior year drastically
changed my perspective on social communication as honesty was crucial for self-improvement.
My classes were composed of students willing to experience sentiments or frustration as
Advanced Placement courses vigorously challenge individuals, however, this experience only
shaped me to influence others by collaborative learning and further instruction that I often
provide for other students. I constantly strived to work with others despite my fear of judgment,
though, it didnt matter in the end as communication became key to personal success in my
understanding.
