There are many serious issues regarding the Canadian individual’s guaranteed Charter rights.
The Ontario Government is unconstitutional where all Ontario Government department’s and agencies
are advised by the office of the Attorney General, who refuses to support every individual’s guaranteed
Charter rights.

The Law Society of Upper Canada blatantly admit, either stated or implied their members are not
required to give a damn about the individual’s guaranteed Charter rights and go further to state
evidence is irrelevant to them when it is against one of their members.

I have requested the Bar Associations across Canada and the Federation of Law Societies to address
these issues but they have refused to respond.

On further investigation I determined the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada and the
Ontario Attorney General are members of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Attorney
General administers the Law Society Act but is not accountable to reprimand under the Act.

The office of the Ontario Attorney General has refused to deal with these issues documented and
published on the Charter Democracy Force web site http://groups.google.com/group/charter-
democracy-force and in fact the entire Ontario Government and federal governments subscribe to the
absurd ideology of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

This has been irrefutably proven in a prodigious number of documents published on the www.cdf.name
site and 10 affiliate web sites referenced thereon.

The RCMP are involve under the authority of the Minister of Public Safety Stockwell Day and to bring

This is a most serious problem world wide headed by members of the legal profession whereas the
legal systems structured by them are designed to ransack societies and protect them from repercussions
and ultimately they are behind the persistent struggle of human kind and they are obviously behind the
present world wide economic problems.

The evidence I am providing you published on the aforementioned web sites is extensive explaining
their modus operandi with evidence that the media aids and abets them allowing for their success to the
humongous detriment of the people of the Lower Tiers who have been persecuted since time began.

This was outlawed by the Constitution act, 1982 with the inclusion of Part 1, Canadian Charter of
Rights and Freedoms.

15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal
protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without
discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or
physical disability.

There is no better time than now to end their incomprehensible behaviour and the evidence I am
providing you has the stuff to do it.

When the evidence gets out to the public the change we have all been waiting for will be under way
and with any luck Obama will pick up on this looking into the USA legal system, which is like ours
and all democracies, Capital Pigs Democracies…an Oxymoron.
