0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

1.1 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS AND PRODUCT

Majority of students nowadays having a financial problem while studying. In


this era where living expenses way too high for majority of them. Most of the
students have to do some part-time job to make some extra pocket money
during their study. Some of the students have to put away their studies first to
make sure they can survive in the middle of recession of our economy and
some of students also find that it is too hard to find a part-time job that suite
their class schedule and also there are not many employers that wants to
employ an university students as their co-workers. Therefore, we have come
with an idea to make a job seeking application that provides service to help
people especially the students to find a part-time job that suite their interests in
much easier way. Our application connect both employer who needs an
employee and a student who seek a part-time job. In this application, we
provide an excellent service that can help both parties and our goals is to
make sure both of the employers and the students will get what they want.

1.2 THE TARGET MARKET AND PROJECTION

Our target market are focused on students who need a part-time job and the
employers that can offer a job or need an employees in running their business.
Our service were focused only at Selangor area. We are more focused on
students who lived in this area and also an employers who running their
business in this area too. We didnt provide a service and also we did not
encourage the students to find and choose their part-time job that are way too
far from their university in order to prevent problem in their studies and also
problem with the University. This is also to make it more easier for the both
employers and students to contact or meet before make a deal for the part-
time job. Our plan is to promote our application among the students in Shah
Alam area first in order to achieve our initial starting target market. Then we
will enlarge and improvised our services so that we can provide our service
not only in Selangor but all the states in West Malaysia and finally we enlarge
our service for those who lived in East Malaysia.

1.3 THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES


For the competitive factor for the job seeking services, we have so
many competitors that also provided the same services for people but
they do not specialized their services only for university students. Our
service is different with our competitors because our services is
focused on the university students and the employers itself. Our
services is the third parties in helping the students and the employers
to get the perfect job for the students and also an employees that suite
the characteristic of the employers. Therefore, our service can survive
in the local market even though there are many competitors that
provide the same services to people. Furthermore, our service will get
popular among university students since we have specialized our
services for the university students.

1.4 THE PROFITABILITY

Our company has to ensure that every step that we need to take must
be taken correctly in order to achieve our target market and the
companys goal so our company will be successfully preventing from
losses and manage to recover the financial and the costs in making the
application and promoting our application. Other than that, our
company also need to ensure that our application and our service are
maintain with a good feedback from our application users and the
number of our users is increasing with time.

Our company also have to think a new ways at certain period of time
and come out with a necessary improvement for our service so that our
users will always be satisfied with our service. We believed that a
higher profit come with a higher risk but we have to very cautious in
taking any risk to prevent and also minimize the losses for our
company. A higher profit also can help us to growth our country
economy.
