Prawn & Chicken Chow Mein is Quick and easy recipe of Prawn and Chicken Chow Mein.

Prawn & Chicken Chow Mein Ingredients

Chinese noodles 225 gm = 8 oz

Prawns (peeled, cooked) 100 gm = 4 oz

Chicken fillet (thinly sliced) 225 gm = 8 oz

Carrot (peeled and shredded) 1

Red pepper (cored, seeded and thinly sliced) 1 small

Bean sprouts 3 oz

Dried mango powder (amchur) 1 tsp

Vinegar 1 tbs
Soya sauce 2 tbs

Oil as required

Prawn & Chicken Chow Mein Cooking Directions

1. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water, for about 4-5 minutes.

2. Drain and rinse under cold water.

3. Heat a wok and add oil.

4. Stir fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes or until almost cooked.

5. Add the carrots and cook for 2 minutes.

6. Add the remaining vegetables, vinegar and soya sauce.

7. Cook for about 2 minutes.

8. Toss in noodles and Prawns and fry for 2 minutes.

9. Serve immediately
