Order training supplies and materials to enhance instruction program

Consults with L&D managers and supervisors to assess training needs.


Documents procedures for the [department or division name].
Develops and maintains continual education support materials to be used
for reference once training has been completed.
Developing and dealing with vendors for all training related material
Attendance compliance and management
Comply all training related requirements (stationary / feedback / food / etc)
Training administration
Record Management
Managing library
Creation of forms and pre and post assessment surveys
Coordinate with technology staff to offer supplemental training materials
in an online database
Maintain a training log to keep track of which employees completed
trainings

Copying the appropriate number of training or meeting materials

Agendas
Participant workbooks
Handouts
Miscellaneous documents

Ensuring the facilities and ensure Supply of audiovisual equipment

Computer
Projector and screen
Internet access
Flip charts and markers

Supplying other materials, as needed

Note paper
Pens
Attendance badges

Supplying refreshments if appropriate/allowable

Assisting with miscellaneous shipping needs

Coordinating follow-up support with the trainer

Working with the trainer to secure a site

Adequate space to accommodate the number of participants expected


Internet access
Downloading relevant documents, as requested by the trainer

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard
office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 10.00 a.m.
to 7 p.m and Saturday from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm

Travel

No travel is expected for this position except for assistance provided to AMDC L&D Faculty
(Internal & External) when they are travelling at various Adani site locations.

Job requirements
Atleast 2 year(s) experience in coordinating training programs in a corporate setting.

Ability to organize events with large groups of hands-on participants.

Ability to execute full training cycle from planning to evaluating.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.


Familiarity with any type of training software and/or knowledge database.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati language.
