So how did people evolve from
primates?
We, homo Sapiens, did not directly
transform into the bipetal, intelligent
animals from apes and chimpanzees.
For the evolution of every specie of
animal on Earth today, the process of
creating a new specie is long and
strenuous. Millions of years are
required for new animals to evolve
out of necessity.
We, homo Sapiens, just happened to
be the most successful mammal in the
history of planet Earth.

with the beginning of crop cultivation.
People had the option of diverting their
attention to other aspects of live instead
of just focusing on finding food and
surviving for the day. I wanted to find
out just how people surpassed every
other species of animal on planet Earth.
People are in control of this world; we
humans are master manipulators.

The beginning
Theories of Evolution
The first homo Sapiens emigrated from
Africa 2 million years ago. We are the
one of the few early human species that
migrated out of the Africa continent. Our
early ancestors eventually spread out
across Europe and Asia, some even
making the trip to the Americas when
Alaska and Russia were jointed.
What Would Have Been Important?
Well, obviously, food and division of
labor would have been the most
important for a group of people. A
cooperative group of people makes a
community, and then a kingdom, and
eventually, a nation.
The Beginnings of the
Agricultural and the Rise of
the First Civilizations occurred
within the past 12,000 years.

What Drove the Beginning of
Civilization?
The diluted answer is: cooperation.
How?
People worked together to make a
living; this allowed for different people
to do different things. For example, some
people are carpenters while others are
leaders such as kings and officials.
Cooked Foods Fueled Human Growth
The invention of cooking allowed early
humans to harvest more energy from
the foods that they normally eat.
Keep Playing with Fire!
Fire is a major step to human evolution.
Fire allowed primal humans to explore
in the dark. Fire protected our ancestors
from vicious predators, and food
became more nutritious because cooked
meats and vegetables have far more
calories than raw ingredients. Our
brains do consume a quarter of our
daily caloric intake, sufficient energy
intake for the body is crucial for the
large brains of the modern humans.
With the invention of cooking, energy
intake became easier, and nutrition
intake improved. People started to
engage in other activities, such as
building a unique language, or art.
