maintenance of building. The term is limited to the specific
application of simple buildings.
*Property management is the act of managing, administering,
directing, coordinating, supervising, and giving general
administration and responsible direction to the operation
and maintenance of buildings and their utility systems and
equipment in order to enhance their usefulness. It includes
residential villages, industrial estates or shopping complexes

rentals
