Dear Sir,
In pursuance to the valuable advices received from your good office on 03.01.2017 in connection
with the job relating to re inspection of said accidental repaired Vehicle Regd No HR 25C 1488, I the
undersigned , inspected that said repaired vehicle parked at M/s Garg Motors, Sirsa, on the same day
very carefully & minutely. I noted all the parts replaced / repairings done by insured. Now I am herewith
submitting my report on the basis of Final Survey report submitted by My Self Ref No.NIA 10295/2017

INSPECTION
During my careful inspection I found that all the parts for which I have assessed replacement found newly
replaced by repairer

All the recommended repairs such as New parts Fittings, denting welding works , electrical repairs, AC
Gas Charging & Mechanical repairs along with painting works were done properly .

1 Vehicle was found in good road worthy conditions

2 Engine No. & Chassis No. are physically verified.
