Cargo to Jet A1 and Aviation Kerosenes

Tanks to be stripped dry such that any liquid ROB is

confined to the pump well
Pump columns, deck lines, drops etc, are to be blown
clear and drained free of all product
NO WASHING REQUIRED - STRIP AND DRAIN WELL
Gasoil is considered a different product to Diesel, in that
it is more likely contain cracked components which add
to the instability of the product and
therefore cleaning requirements differ from those of
Diesel, when loading sensitive cargoes such as Jet Fuel.

This application is intended as a guide only and does not take into account any local or port
regulations. The primary purpose of this application is to assure product quality.

This document does not attempt to address ANY potential impacts on HSSE. It is up to the
user to investigate and take any and all necessary precautions.

Checking THREE previous cargoes is required for:

Jet and aviation Fuels, Naphtha, Changes from Black to White

Note re Biodiesel:
For the purpose of this cleaning guide, Biodiesel has a FAME content below 20%
