OMC = 11.5%

As seen in the above graph:

Series 1 represents 0%, Series 2 represents 5%, Series 3 represents
10% and Series 4 represents the graph of dry density against
moisture content.

The optimum air-voids content is the value corresponding to the

maximum dry density (1.942 Mg/m) and optimum moisture content
(11.5%) which is 5.40%.
