The MultiSeal System is
implemented on tank trucks for quality
assurance and for limiting product loss to a
large extent. It eliminates the human factor
and seals each compartment right after the
loading process. The Customer has a proof
that it receives the same product which was
loaded. The final Customers prefer transport
companies which can show proof of quality
and quantity assurance by the means of using
a MultiSeal System.
The MultiSeal system is widely
used in several countries in Western and
Eastern Europe, South Africa, China, etc.
The MultiSeal System was already
implemented on the Romanian Market by a
major Oil Company for decreasing product
loss and for supervising the product quality.
Below a description of the
operation of the system, if not connected to
an OBC (data transmission). The operations
below can be automated up to a certain point
if the data transmission system allows it.
Description of the loading process:
Before starting the loading, the
Driver can/should input a loading plan. He
can use the keyboard to tell the system what
product will be loaded in which
compartment. This operation is very easy and

MultiSeal a fost deja implementat pe piata
din Romania de catre o companie mare de
petrol pentru scaderea pierderilor de
carburant transportat si pentru supravegherea
calitatii.
Mai jos o descriere a operarii

Descrierea procesului de incarcare:
Inainte de a incepe incarcarea,

All these sensors are NAMUR type,
approved for the Ex zone. Also the unit
which is sending the signals to these sensors
is certified for Ex zone. The sensors are built
such that it is very hard or impossible to be
manipulated.
Description of the unloading process:
When the truck arrives at the
unloading point, the Status of each
compartment is available on the screen
(Sealed of Not Sealed). The system also
prints a report showing when the sealing was
made (what time, and if that is a Sealing at
Loading).

actions during the time from the sealing to
