Please Note:
1. All requests should be made 2 working days prior to the service date. Requests received between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm from Saturday to Thursday (excluding public holidays)
will be accepted.
2. Only valid Emirates NBD Infinite Credit Cardholders can request up to 4 complimentary airport transfers in one calendar year (January- December).
3. Only valid Emirates NBD Platinum Credit Cardholders can request up to 2 complimentary airport transfers in one calendar year (January - December).
4. Airport transfer is available only if the air ticket has been purchased through Emirates NBD Credit Card.
5. To avail of the Concierge benefits, cardholders will need to provide card details of a valid and eligible Emirates NBD Credit Card to the Concierge Desk.
6. Inter Emirate transfers are not valid effective 1st January 2011.
7. All Concierge Services are provided by our authorized third party service provider Dynamic Commercial Business Services LLC. Emirates NBD makes no warranties and
assumes no liability or responsibility with respect to the services provided by the Service Provider.
8. A Charge of AED 1 will be made on your card as a confirmation of your service for which you will receive an SMS alert on your registered mobile number. However, this
amount will not reflect in your card statement.
9. For pick-up from Dubai Terminal 3, please call the chauffer on landing. The driver will wait outside Gate Number 2, near the parking machine.
For pick-up from Dubai Terminal 1, please call the chauffer on landing. The driver will wait at A-1 ground floor parking.
