1 Substructure
1A Piling
Work Below Lowest Floor Finish Reinforced concrete for pad footings, ground beams, column stumps and groud slab. Also reinf
1B and walkaway.
2 Superstructure
2A Frame Reinforced concrete column, mezzanine and roof beam.
Use decorative column base including plastering and painting.
2B Upper Floors Reinforced concrete suspended floor slab construction.
2C Roof Steel roof structure system on prefabricated timber roof trusses with a layer of double sided a
water down pipes and PVC ballon grating to top of it.
2D Staircase Reinforced concrete stair construction finished with cement and sand plaster with an approved p

Homogenous floor tiles at landing slab.
2E External Walls Generally 115mm thick brickwall.
