around the lake.

DESCRIPTION :
Is a endemic bird.

In the plumage of his body predominates


brown. His blackish pileus and the bottom

The female has a gray beak, its body is Brown, and their eggs are big.

DESCRIPTION :
This bird lives in the Andes of Argentina Chile, Bolivia and Per, is a

eyes are red, and the body is grayish Brown.
Often they gather in flocks of twenty idividuals, sometimes nest away
from water in the rainy time, but this bird is hunted by the Uros people
to sell stuffed.

It has a short neck, the beak is yellow whit black center, its head and
neck are dark gray.
It lives in small groups or in couple, fly fast but arratically.

blue, the back is Brown with cream spots and the feet are gray.
They feed on floating vegetation and sometimes dipped its head
underwater for a few seconds, and nest before and after the rainy
time.

black beak and yellow feet, the female is also equal that male, with the
difference that the body is brown, and puts 6 to 10 eggs.

search of food.
It has legs and long neck, the beak is yellow whit balck, this species is
white but the base of the neck and chest is pink, the people hunt this
bird, because their meat and feathers are healing.

species, its population has declined in recent years due to habitat
destruction. hese birds feed on the tundra, fields, beaches and
marshes, usually catching their food by sight. They feed mainly on
small insects, crustaceans and other invertebrates, but also eat
berries.
