Incubator UPVM

Working: English V

The principal function of the incubator is regulate the Ascencio Ensciso Ricardo
temperature for a good eggs production. David
Cedillo Vzquez Jess
We use LM35 sensor, used the signal that the sensor sends Antonio
to identification the temperature in the incubator. In this Lavis Gissela Luyando
case through the LM339 we can calibrate our exits (in the Infante
integrated used) and calibrate the temperature.
Using the relays and the tip120 we realized a voltage amplification to make
use the specific heat source and the fan cooler. All this for the regulation of
temperature.
Whit this we can modificate the temperature in the place, just as a mention this
is a prototype.
How did we do it:
We realized the connection as the knowledge acquired in and during the class.
We know that the LM35 sends a determined voltage and depends of this signal
we calibrate the temperature that we can use in the incubator, depends the
configuration we specify is the temperature that we want in the incubator.
In summary, what the circuit makes is to detect the temperature at which the
incubator is located by means of the LM35, if it's at high temperature the focus
is turned off and sends the signal to the fan, so that it's activated and cooled to
the focus, once it's cooled, the fan is turned off and the focus is on, on the
incubator
The fan cooler is just to the temperature doesnt exceed the temperature we
want use. And the fan cooler configuration is exactly the same for the LM35.
The relays are just to manipulate the 120 volts for the Fan and the lamp, in this
prototype we use just a lamp to 120 volts and the fan works with 5 volts.

Advantages

The cost is cheaper compared with an Arduino.

You can do it.

Disadvantages

This can be configured with Arduino for a simpler circuit.

The connection already is a little complicated to add a display
