REASON :My father , Shri Govind Mahato ( Age -63 year) has been
suffering from chronic renal disease since last 2 years.He is now under
hemodialysis twice in a week with regular blood sugar maintenance
having insulin. My mother Shanti Devi Mahoto is also suffering from
high blood pressure and chronic endocrine disease .She is also
undergoing regular treatment .Only the last hope my elder brother
named Munna Mahato is a handicapped with 80% disability. Under such
dire condition my family is suffering from a crisis of my presence at
least once in a day. Due to a long distance from my work place and
home it has become impossible to take care of them.
Hence I fervently request you to do the needful so that I can save the
lives of my parents with my regular service .I am ready to cooperate
with your all official norms and regulation.Co-operation from you under
such dire-condition is highly solicited with immediate effect.
