MyCandyThemes Font License

By purchasing fonts from MyCandyThemes under the Commercial License, you are agreeing to be
bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement, constitutes the complete agreement between
you and MyCandyThemes.

DESKTOP LICENSING:

YOU MAY:
1. Use the font file(s) for commercial projects such as printed materials, logos, t-shirts, signage,
photographs, videos, static graphics for websites, etc.
2. Licensee may use the Font to create graphics for display on any surface including computer
screens, television screens, paper, t-shirts or any other surface where the image will be a fixed
size.
3. Licensee may create typographic products using the Font if the product consists of commonly
recognized words or phrases. For example: a rubber stamp that has the words "Thank You" or
a sticker that says "Great!"
4. Embed the fonts in electronic documents (such as PDFs). Licensee may embed the Font into
any read-only PDF Licensee sends to third parties. Such documents may only be viewable and
printable (but not editable) by the recipients.

YOU MAY NOT:

1. Distribute the fonts to any other users, for free, or for a fee.
2. Alter this font for redistribution
3. Create webfont versions or link the fonts in websites. (Its covered by web font license)
4. Create alphabet or letterform products for resale where the product consists of individual
letterforms, where the likeness of the Font can be reproduced and the end-user of said
products can create their own typesetting.

WEBFONT LICENSING

All webfont licenses are perpetual and dont require a subscription. Theres no monthly fee to use our
fonts on websites you own.
