Leadership Personality Effectiveness Assessment

This assessment will help you to gauge the effectiveness of your subordinates leadership
skills.

On the following assessment, read each statement and using your best judgment, circle the
number that indicates how well your subordinates perform in each leadership
effectiveness area (1 being very poor and 6 being outstanding)
