How did you feel about conducting a formal observation?

I like doing observation because it is help me to develop and learn new things. I hav
felt so exciting and interesting when I observe Hessa because she teach kinder
garden and I don't have experience with them, so I want to learn how to deal with
them by observing Hesse.

How did your colleague feel about being observed?

My colleague Hessa was comfortable and confident about her work because she is
familiar with being observing. So like I saw she was so motivated and she try to do
her best.

How did you feel about discussing your observations with your colleague after the
lesson?
When I discuss the observation, my colleague hessa was a good listener, and she
wants from me to tell her the truth about her lesson. I explain for her my feedback,
and she did not argue with me but she listen carfully, and she also likes mine
feedback.

How did your colleague react to your assessment? Did she agree with your
evaluation?
Like I said before my colleague Hessa like my feedback, and she thinks that the
feedback that I gave her will help her in the next lesson. Also, she didn't argue with
be but she was so confident and a good listener.

Which of the suggestions you made will your colleague apply in her next lesson?
My suggestion for her was to praise the table group who are following the instructio
because this would encourage the others to do the same. She like this idea and she
told that she would apply it next lesson.

Do you and your colleague feel that this was a valuable experience? Why/Why not?

Both of us think that this experience will help us to develop and build our experienc
in teaching because it allows us to see how our colleagues do and their way and
methods for teaching. So it will help both of us to improve.
