Future Consumer Enterprises Limited is part of Future Group that operates some of Indias most
popular retail networks including hypermarket chain, Big Bazaar, department store, Central,
gourmet food store, Foodhall and electronics and home stores, Home Town and eZone, among
others. Along with its partners, Bharti Enterprises, the group has presence in 244 cities and towns
across India and attracts around 320 million customers through the year at its stores. Future
Consumer Enterprises Limited focuses on the food and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG)
sector in India. The company, along with its subsidiaries and partners, manufacturers, markets and
distributes a number of food and FMCG products through a number of brands. The company has
developed a nation-wide sourcing and processing network for agricultural produce and has
manufacturing facilities at the state-of-the-art India Food Park. The company also operates a fast-
growing network of convenience store chains that collectively operate around 400 stores. The
company is headquartered in Mumbai and is publicly traded in National Stock Exchange (NSE)

Future Group is a corporate group and nearly all of its businesses are managed through its various
operating companies based on the target sectors. For e.g.,
Retail supermarket/hypermarket chains Big Bazaar, FBB, Food Bazaar, Food Hall,
Hometown etc. are operated through its retail hand,
Future Retail Ltd, while its fashion outlets Brand Factory, Central, Planet Sports etc. are
operated via another of its subsidiaries,
Future Lifestyle Fashions.With these many fashion outlets and supermarket, the group also
promotes respectively, its fashion brands like Indigo Nation, Spalding, Lombard, Bare etc.,
FMCGs like Tasty Treat, Fresh & Pure, Clean Mate, Ektaa, Premium Harvest, Sach,
Swiss Tempelle etc.

It also has operating companies to cater specifically to internal financial matters and
consulting within its group of companies.

Job Descriptiom

I worked as an Intern-Sales Promoter of personal hygiene care product Swiss Tempelle and my
job role was to promote Swiss Tempelle on a store allocated. Basically my role was to interact
with customers as well as giving subtle information about the product, satisfying their queries and
also achieve daily sales target.
Swiss Tempelle

Co-created by leading personal care company Mibelle AG (Migros Group) of Switzerland and
FCL, Swiss Tempelle brings a unique range of personal care products like Body Wash, Body
Lotions to name a few. The products marry the beauty traditions of Switzerland and India.

Details of job handled

A brief introduction about the product Swiss Tempelle was given and the complete
instruction was given how to sell the product.

At the store we were approaching customers to buy the product

Promoted and sold body wash and body lotion of swiss tempelle.

Interacted customers from various demography.


Acknowledged the customers about the product feature and the company.

Taking feedback after customers

Maintained daily sales report

Prepared final report of sales for the company.

Learnings
The live project was very fruitful and helps to improve a lot of things and would useful in future.

Suggestion for the company _

The company should change the design of the product as it does not attract the customers.
The company should launce a product which is newly manufactured. The manufacturing
date was 05/16 and the launching date was January 2017. Many customers dont prefer to
buy product for this reason.
As Swiss Tempelle is a fusion product of Switzerland and India , the company should
mention the logo clearly- Product of Switzerland
