SAP TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

Searching for a highly competent and experienced SAP S/4 HANA candidate who has exceptional skills
and experience in working on large upgrades and the ability to dive into existing code to figure out how
objects need to be enhanced. Ideal candidate should have a proven ability to provide technical direction
for complex SAP S/4 HANA issues, and can collaborate with the business and developers and execute on
agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide consulting solutions including how to leverage standard SAP S/4 HANA functionality and
how to enable requirements while maximizing the ROI.
Demonstrates the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and
understands the long-term and short-term perspectives of an IT investment situation

Create and maintain documentation of environment design, configuration and workflow

Support business teams alongside other IT SAP staf

Perform root cause analysis on persistent or major software & application related problems

Must be able to dive into existing code to figure out how objects need to be enhanced. Proven
ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP S/4 system issues.

Strong business analysis skills, process mapping, business process redesign

Knowledge of Scoping and Planning, Process design, configuration, testing and deployment
Good working knowledge in SAP ERP systems and S/4HANA
Individual must be a hands on developer with strong skills in Interfaces, enhancements, workflow,
and forms. Will need to work closely with the functional team to help develop the best solutions.

Support and promote integration relationships between IT and business functions

Provide accurate timelines for specific tasks assigned

Provide end-user support as required

Ofer mentorship to fellow team members and colleagues

Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned

Job Requirements:
 5+ Years of SAP HANA Experience and required 2 years SAP S/4 HANA experience
Minimum SAP / ABAP technical background of 7-8 years and good exposure to SAP applications
especially ECC and HANA.
Preference of 1 year of hands on HANA migrations or HANA implementations
Experience implementing and customizing SAP Fiori applications using Eclipse or SAP Web IDE
development environment.
Interface experience should include Web services, PI, flat file, and BAPIs.
Enhancement experience to include user exits, BADIs, and custom objects
Strong experience with PI/PO configuration, mapping and development (both on ABAP and Java
Stacks) knowledge expert in using ABAP Workbench tools for developing applications
Extensive PI monitoring and architecture Knowledge of configuring of Adapters like IDOC, RFC,
FILE, JDBC, SOAP, WS and JMS
Must be well-versed with SAP S/4 Data Dictionary, SAP Solution Manager, transport
management
Provide support of SAP S/4 application, database and data center migration to include migrating
SAP Oracle data from the source to target system
Experience with system setup and configuration
Provide support to the business, diagnose and resolve technical issues
Support technical analysis, configuration, security development, testing and implementation of
security requirements for solution build track and production support track
Knowledge of integration of diferent SAP S/4 functional areas
Hands on experience in SAP UI5 application development for both mobile and desktop, and
integration with OData services
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web IDE, JQuery, Eclipse, and SAP Portals
Should have experience in creating technical specifications and perform unit/performance testing.

Education:

BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent

experience preferred

Technical certifications in SAP preferred
