Please note that our block making machines and factories are built using German technologies. All mechanical and electrical
parts used in building these factories are European made, examples of these parts are Siemens PLC systems, Bucher
Hydraulic Systems, SEW-Eurodrive motors and WAM cement screw conveyors and air filters. All our machines are
fabricated using heavy duty steel and wear resistant metals. Our company employs experienced engineers and highly
skilled fabricators which together with the stringent quality standards we established for our manufacturing process we
believe that we are producing ones of the best quality and the most reliable concrete block machines. Please note that all
our machines are backed up with 2 years warranty.

III. SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS


- All prices are in USA dollars.
- The price includes installation, mounting, testing and training under the conditions given under buyers responsibilities
- Sale Terms: All prices are Ex-works Ankara, Turkey.
- Delivery Type: Ex-works Ankara. Ocean transportation will require twenty three 40 ft. High Cube (OT, CT) containers.
- Validity of Offer: 1 month from the date of this offer.
- Lead Time: 120 to 150 days after receiving of the order and advance payment. Exact lead time can be provide at the
time of ordering.
- Customers are welcome to visit the manufacturers offices and factory before order, also to visit after order to inspect
all machines and equipment before shipping.
- Installation Time: 25 working days (not including weekends or holidays) ensuring that all requirements are met as
outlined under buyers responsibilities.
- Upon approval of offer by customer manufacturer will provide the sale contract.
Payment Terms:
Option 1: 60% Paid by Wire Transfer with Order, 40% Paid by wire Transfer before Shipping,
Option 2: 60% Paid by Wire Transfer with Order, 40% paid at sight by irrevocable confirmed Letter of Credit upon
submitting of shipping documents.

Buyers Responsibilities
a- All transportation and freight charges from manufacturers factory to destination are at the buyers responsibility.

b- All custom and duty charges at destination are to the buyer responsibility.
c- To prepare factory foundations according to manufactures foundation plans, all foundation plans will be given by the
manufacturer at the time of order.
d- To provide electrical energy to the control panel of the plant, electrical specifications and requirements will be given
by the manufacturer at the time of order.
e- To pay for supervisors cost including visa, ticket, airport fees, food, local transportation, hotel and accommodation.
f- To provide 3 workers for installation and as a startup team.
g- To continually provide lifting equipment like forklift and/or lifting crane during all installation times, weights capacities
or sizes will be given by the manufacturer at the time of order.
h- To provide electric welding machine, cutting and drilling tools with 220-380V/50Hz electric supply.
i- To supply water tanks and water to the block plant.
j- To provide all materials (aggregate, cement, pigment, water) during production testing.
k- To provide operator(s) during testing, training and startup operation,
l- To sign off commissioning contract upon approval of plant commissioning and to make any orders balance payment
afterward as set forth in payment terms.
Manufacturers Responsibilities
a. To provide foundation plans.
b. To provide electrical specifications and requirements.
c. To supply a list of required installation tools and equipment.
d. To supply factorys machines and equipment in good shape and conditions at the time of loading or shipping.
e. To provide spare parts manual.
f. To do the Installation, Testing, training & commissioning: manufacturer will send 6 engineers (3 mechanical & 3
electrical) for installation, testing, training, startup and commissioning for the plant. Engineers will stay at destination
25 working days, our company will pay the time cost for the engineers during the 25 stay however customer is
responsible for the cost of their visas, tickets, airports fees, food, local transportation, hotel and accommodation as
set forth in buyers responsibilities.
Check Lists:
Before starting the assembly, testing, training and commissioning processes, the following checklists must be filled out by
the customer and sent back to our company:
(a) Checklist before starting the assembly: documentation supported by digital pictures must be provided to our company
that all pre-conditions (foundation and equipment) for the start up of the assembly have been fulfilled.
(b) Checklist before starting the testing, training and commissioning (electrical and materials): documentation supported
by digital pictures must be provided to our company that all such preconditions for this process have been fulfilled.
Warranty:
All machinery and equipment are under warranty for 24 months from the date of arrival to destination. Electrical parts are
not under warranty. Failure due to natural disasters, misuse, lack of maintenance, wrong service and due to normal wear
and tear of operation is out of guarantee content. Damage due to mishandling of all equipment by customer is not under
warranty.

V.A - General Plant Description: KB12-FA-1B21-RS is a Fully Automatic plant for the production of concrete block & interlock paving
brick. It utilizes one KB12 model concrete block press machine This plant uses one mixer and one airlines bucket to transfer the concrete
mortars from the mixer to the block making machine.

V.B KB12 Block Press Machine
Description: KB12 model machine is a concrete block and interlock paving brick
making machine which has a standard capacity of making 900 wall block
(20x40x20 cm) per hour and 2160 P1 interlock paving brick per hour based on a
fully automatic operational mode. KB12 machine can produce wall block, ceiling
(hordi) block, interlock paving brick, curb block, curve block, grass stone, and
many other block patterns by only changing the press mould, changing the
mould is made easy and fast.
All motions in the KB12 press machine are attained using a hydraulic system and
are controlled by a Siemens PLC system. PLC system stores data about the
number of presses, its type and number of blocks produced, it also allows the
