Leadership:
1. Create good team spirit and knowledge sharing environment between staf
members with in the Section and all others colleagues of the organization
2. Coach, mentor and consult and guide staf members how to handle a
certain task.
3. Manage and follow up the overall operations of the Section under the
guidance of the IT Operation and Service Delivery Manager.
Management (business/operations):
1. Assign tasks for each staf members and follow up the executions within
SLAs.
2. Prepare the work plan & budget for system resources, manpower, staf
training and necessary facilities requirements of the Section and submit to
the ITOSDM.
3. Evaluate each staf members under the Section based on their work
efectiveness and try to encourage each staf members to be efective in
discharging their responsibilities.

1. Report and inform the overall operations and current status of the Section
to IT Operation and Services Delivery Manager
2. Select and approve the necessary staf for the Section, in collaboration
with HR.
Position Objective
To undertake the complete management of the T24 Data Migration project within bank and
cooperate with Temenos, Technology, and Business Divisions so as to ensure completion of the
project within the targets agreed. The key objectives are as below
Manage and keep up to date a detail DM project plan agreed with all stakeholders
Cooperate with Temenos, Technology and Business users for the planning, review and
execution of the project activities
Run the Data Mapping Discussions Sessions
Follow up Data Mapping issues until resolution
Manage and follow up the transformation and loading activities and issues
In cooperation with other stakeholders implement the reconciliation strategy for the DM project
Monitor and support stakeholders in the write up of the MSDs and RSDs
Ensure that project timelines are not impacting the overall Program master plan
Manage Risks and Issues in cooperation with the PMO
Support Bank in various implementation activities
