I will use this video to teach my lesson about office management in a variety
of ways. First of all, I will use the video to explain to my students that business
trends are constantly changing and evolving. For example, a popular trend in 2014
is probably outdated now in 2017. I will lecture on the videos key points which are
that businesses are trying to hire the right people for the job and in order for them
to do that, they turn to social media for background checks and also lean on
referrals. Another key point is that businesses are trying to find people that can have
flexible work schedules and people that are able to complete some work from home.
Overall, I will use this video to explain to my students that there are many different
ways to get a job or be successful in the workplace, but it is important to be familiar
with everything that works.

I will use this video to teach my lesson about workplace safety and ways to
prevent workplace violence that tends to be more common than one would assume.
I will se to video to make my students aware of what actually happens in the
workplace from time to time. I believe that making my students aware of the
problem is important instead of shying away from the fact of reality. I will teach my
teach my students to pay attention to warning signs like isolated, little involvement
with coworkers, repeated history of making threats (even jokingly), and also known
history of psychological problems. I will also use to video to teach my students of
proper and ethical workplace interactions to ultimately prevent situations that
could potentially involve violence.
