Duties & Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities of QA / QC Inspector Instrumentation.

QA / QC Requirements of Project Preparation of QAP & ITPs and stage wise
Inspection.
To ensure execution of works and comply fully as per standard and approve
speck.
Control of Document & Transmittals.
PFD, P& ID , Instrument Symbols, Type of Instruments.
Responsible for all field quality verification and inspection activities according to
method of statement.
Implementing the quality control procedures and instrument test plan (QCP / ITP)
as per the site work instruction (SWI) required.
ISO 9001: 2008 QMS and International Codes, Standard
Continuity test and open and close loop checking. Instrument, impulse tubing,
instrument air, analyzer, gas detector, Hoofer, Beacon and all vendor installation.
As per P&ID and ILD.
Responsible for the preparation of all inspection report prior for the acceptance of
the client.
Inspection of Cable mugger report before installation and after installation
Inspection of process line and Instrument Tapping point to confirm the location of
Instruments Transmitter and impulse tubing.
Instrument Installation and testing & Control of QA / QC Documents
Control of Non confirming of Products / items
Instrument installation such as Pressure Transmitter, Flow Transmitter, Level
Transmitter, FI (Flaw indicator), PDT (Pressure Differential Transmitter), RTD
(Resistance Temperature Detector), Thermocouple, PDI, PDG (Pressure Differential
Gauge), PG (Pressure Gauge), LG (Level Gauge) and Temperature Gauge.
Responsible for punch list clearing to ensure that the installation of instruments
are complete and accepted by the client.
Hydro Test as per Design Condition of line identification section.
Ensure two pressure gauges with valid calibrated certificates are used within the range of 1.5
times to 4 times of test pressure
