CITY SPECIFIC AGREEMENT ATTACHMENT

Presentation Location: Hilton Head, SC (CRHH)

Tour Qualification Requirements:

a. Married, co-habitating couples both must be between the ages of 26 and 75 years of age
with a combined annual income greater than $50,000. NO SINGLES
b. If a generated Tour is married or has a significant other, both partners and spouses must be
present at the Presentation to be Qualified and together will be considered one Qualified
Tour.
c. For identification purposes, each Qualified Tour must possess, and present at the
Presentation, a valid drivers license and a major credit card or checkbooks. (no debit
cards) Co-habs must show matching address ID (must prove live together.)
d. May have not toured a Coral Resorts Property in the past 12 months or attend a timeshare
presentation in Hilton Head in the past 6 months.
e. Cannot currently own at Coral Sands Resort, Coral Reef Resort or Island Links Resort.
f. No Hilton Head or Beaufort County Residents.
g. No Saturday arrivals
h. Must be U.S. residents and be able to speak & understand English.
i. No quinnellas. A quinnella is 2 or more families traveling together.
j. If an unqualified Tour is allowed to attend a Presentation and makes a purchase of
Companys product / service presented at the Presentation, such Tour will be counted as
Qualified Tour for all purposes hereunder.
k. Pay for Qualified tour: $275 less room nts and gifts. (see below for hotels and rates)
l. Premiums $50.00 Dinner Voucher (good for participating local restaurants)-Cost $50.00 1
Round of Golf at Crescent Pointe Golf Club or Eagles Point Golf Club-Cost $32.50
VIP Golf- 50% Off cart rental and greens fees Cost -Free
m. Guests are housed in standard hotel accommodations and will be responsible for any
incidentals over the basic room cost.
n. TWC will give marketing company a 7-day notice of cancellations or changes.
o. Reservations cannot be made less than 7 business days prior to requested arrival date.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days prior to arrival date. All cancellations
made less than 3 business days prior to arrival date and all no shows will be charged back a
1 night no show charge including taxes. A 1 nt plus tax will be charged back for any guest
that is not canceled and does not arrive.
p. In the event this agreement is terminated, TWC agrees to honor all reservations confirmed
prior to termination date.
