Plan for running MTSS/RtI Intervention Program

John and Morgan will help provide diagnostic assessment data
along with supporting the regular 6-week RtI grade level
meetings.
John will provide Tier III interventions for grades K-5. Each grade
level will receive 30 minutes for Tier III interventions.
Interventions will focus primarily on literacy next year per district
expectations/Title 1 requirements. Diagnostic data for
mathematics will be provided for classroom teachers to help
support Tier II and III interventions. These can be implemented
by AEs.
Tier III services will be given on a 4-6 week basis and then John
will take 1-2 weeks to collect diagnostic data for teachers. This
model will rotate throughout the year.

Plan for Special Education Services

Were adding another 1.0 EBD teacher to support students who
need more in-depth services. More information will be shared as
we continue to work out this model.
Were also adding another SEA to support this program along
with Clarissa and Harina.
Were adding .1 social work services so well be at 1.0.

Use of Qcomp Dollars

We will be looking at utilizing the funds to support our PSWE
work, team building/planning and literacy/mathematics planning.
We will build this plan together.
