This Scholarly source is an article written all about the architect of the city of Petra. It
goes into great detail about how the city of Petra was built and how it was lost for so long
because it was hidden away. It get to it, one must walk through a narrow path with walls 100 feet
tall on both sides just to get to the city. It also goes into detail about the finding of the city and
the wonderful trade routes it had back then. The article broken into 5 sections: domination the
trade routes, roman annexation, first excavations, spectacular entrance, and the residential areas.
I used this article to get more facts on the architect of the beautiful city of Petra.
