The LTO Central Office will fill-up the following position:

Position Title Administrative Assistant 111

(Communications Equipment Operator Ill)

Salary Grade/Annual Salary SG-9 / Php 198, 144.00

Position Location Administrative Division, LTO Central Office

Education Requirement Completion of two (2) years studies in college or High School
Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course

Experience Requirement One (1) year of relevant experience

Training Requirement Four (4) hours of relevant training

Eligibility Requirement Appropriate License

(MC 11, s. 96 - Cat. II)

Those interested may submit their application at the HRD Section, 3rd Floor, LTO Main Building,
East Avenue, Brgy. Pinyahan, Diliman, Quezon City, not later than 06 December 2016 with
the following documents and credentials :

1. Application Letter indicating the Position Title and the Item Number;
2. Latest and Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with one (1 ) colored passport
size picture;
3. Transcript of Records and Diploma;
4. Certified Authenticated Copy of Appropriate License/Civi l Service Eligibility pursuant to
MC 11, s. 96 - Category 11;
5. Certificate of Previous Employment;
6. Certificate of Trainings and Seminars Attended;
 7. Certificate of Awards/Commendations Received;
8. Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) for January to June 2016 and
July to December 2016; and
9. Other credentials.

Where photocopies are submitted, the documents must be certified as true copies by the proper
authorities or the applicant may present the originals for comparison with the photocopies.
