SCOPE: This checklist covers the system line up for the Unit 062 Boiler
Steam generation system includes the Blow down system and the
Boiler sampling system. It covers line up as it is in normal
operation, after maintenance activities, or other routine activities.

It is use as guide to ensure the entire Steam Generation system

unit-062 is lined up properly for the above condition.

ASSUMPTIONS: All commissioning activities have been completed and all systems
are in their normal stand by mode of operation, where the unit is
ready for start up after all documentation signed.

There are no ongoing maintenance activities and the all related

completion document has been closed out

Communications have been established between all personnel

involved in this checklist

The utilities shall be available i.e. electrical power, instrument air

system, utility Air system and the cooling water

Fire and Gas Detection, Fire Protection, and Safety Systems are
operational.

All ESD trips have been cleared and reset

All the area technicians have been fully trained and competent
about basic philosophy and process description of the above
system
