Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensures the development, implementation and maintenance of security policies that
become the accountability framework guiding staff in their roles and responsibilities.
Coordinates policy and inter-agency processes relating to security, provides support
to the field and programs, identifies and arranges for the proper safety training for
staff and non-staff, responsible for maintaining and updating the company safety
induction, conducts workshops for new employees (staff and non-staff).
