Availability or Availability (%): the percentage of time the circuit was available
for service while meeting or exceeding the SLA metrics. Availability is calculated
by subtracting the UAS value from the reporting period duration and dividing the
result by the reporting period duration.
/ CIR : the KPI is divided by the configured CIR (typically 1G or 100 Mbit/s)
For Ethernet flows that have been determined to carry voice traffic using a particular voice codec, both R-
factor and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) metrics are provided
MOS: Mean Opinion Score - A value are derived from the R-Factor per ITU-T Recommendation G.10
which measures VoIP call quality. (counted in both directions - higher of the two counts is reported)
R-factor: Rating Factor (R-Factor) - A value derived from metrics such as latency, jitter, and packet loss
per ITU-T Recommendation G.107, the R-Factor value helps you quickly assess the quality-of-experience
for VoIP calls on your network. (counted in both directions - higher of the two counts is reported)

FD1 <4ms = 2999
FD2 4ms-8ms = 1
FD3 8ms-16ms = 0
FD4 >16ms = 0
Average Frame Delay (MFD) and Max FD are measured by the Network Element.
Average/Max FD are stored in in milliseconds.
Average FD can be recorded as a oneway or twoway measurement.
On reports, the Average FD is calculated in the A->Z and Z->A direction. The
largest Average FD is shown on the report as the Average FD.
On reports, the Maximum FD is the largest Maximum FD in the A->Z or Z->A
direction
Frame Loss Rate (%) The number of lost frames divided by the total number of
frames as reported in A->Z and Z->A directions. On reports, the FLR is calculated
in the A->Z and Z->A directions. The largest FLR is shown on the report as the
FLR.
/ CIR : the KPI is divided by the configured CIR (typically 1G or 100 Mbit/s)
Viavi pre-defined Report would show all KPI in database. The KPI might be not
available (no result) if the test License is not subscribed

Report can take a long time to run (10 minutes or more depending on selected
report criteria and other system activities).
Avoid the wait and free up resources by scheduling this report to run on a period
basis. Then, at a convenient time, you can use the View Report
For ad-hoc reports, you can reduce the run time by configuring the report in such
a way that reduces the amount of data to be processed (by using more restrictive
filters, for example).
You could also reduce the run time by using Delivery method
Save the report, and not display it, at a convenient time
Deliver the Report in an email (if SMTP server configured by administrator)
Save as a View, to re-use the input parameter

SLA Violation. Indicates whether the flow is in violation of the SLA (Yes) or not (No), based on SLA
threshold value for UAS. If the flow is not in violation, the background color of the cell is green.
Availability (%). The percentage of time the circuit was available for service while meeting or exceeding
the SLA metrics. Availability is calculated by subtracting the UAS value from the reporting period duration
and dividing the result by the reporting period duration. On reports, the smallest availability is displayed.
(computed in both directions lower of the two percentages is reported)

From the Worst Flows report, you can click on a flow name to access a Flow
History report for that flow.
Similarly, you can click on a profile name to access an SLA Profile report for that
profile
The Flow History report is a graphical report detailing, for a single flow, per-
direction Ethernet flow unavailability and threshold violations over time

2-way FD Count 1 : Frames with 2 way delay < 4ms during the measurement interval
2-way FD Count 2 Frames with 2 way delay between (>=) 4 and (<) 8 ms during the measurement interval
2-way FD Count 3 Frames with 2 way delay between (>=) 8 and (<) 16 ms during the measurement interval
2-way FD Count 4 Frames with 2 way delay >=16 ms during the measurement interval
1-way Frames OOS - Number of Out of Sequence packets from A to Z (and Z to A) during the measurement interval
1-way Frames Duplicate - Number of Duplicate packets from A to Z (and Z to A) during the measurement interval
Sync % QT-600-10 TWAMP PM monitoring to calculates one way delay metrics based on a clock sync quality assessment.
If the clock sync is acceptable, and Flow configured as a one-way- then the measured one-way FD value is used;
otherwise, the round-trip (two-way) values are divided by 2 to estimate the one-way FD. Percentage is the number of
measurement intervals with accurate clock sync divided by the total measurement
Interval count. (Counted in both directions - higher of the two counts is reported)
Synced Describes the status of clock synchronization between A and Z ends of a flow for TWAMP 1-way measurements.
The quality of 1-way measurements relies on accurate and consistent clocks at each end. Reports the number of
measurement intervals that have accurate clock sync. (Counted in both directions - higher of the two counts is reported)
1-way Total Frames Attempted : Provides a count of total frames attempted, as a one-way measurement. This
measurement is displayed for both the A->Z and Z->A directions.
1-way Frames Lost : Provides a count of frames lost, as a one-way measurement. This measurement is displayed for both
the A->Z and Z->A directions.
1-way UAS Shows the number of unavailable seconds for the flow, as a one-way measurement. This measurement is
displayed for both the A->Z and Z->A directions

SLA Profile report is a tabular report that displays all of the assigned SLA Profile
threshold values; use this report to verify those values. You can filter the report by
SLA Profile, and you can group the results by KPI or by Severity
For all of the KPIs except for Availability, larger values are worse than smaller values. For Availability,
smaller values are worse than larger values.
The Frame Size Histogram report provides a histogram of the flow frame size bin
values for a single period or summed over a time range
This report provides a histogram of Micro-Burst bin values for a flow, over a
period of time
Recommendations
Most Active Reports take over 10 minutes to execute, therefore they should be
scheduled to run on a regular interval
The Active Reports should be ran with the This Month date range, this will
display different data for the today, weekly and month to date sections.
The active reports produce files that can exceed 10 megabytes and be very
time consuming for a browser to display
Reports can be emailed, if email is enabled on the server
Active reports can be displayed on an iPad, via the app Cognos IBM Cognos
Mobile
The Monthly SLA Summary active report allows Service Providers to understand
which customers are impacted by SLA Violations. It can also be used by a
Service Provider to produce per-customer SLA reports. A summary is provided for
the selected date range.
Pie and Bar charts are provided indicating SLA violations for the chosen
customer(s).
A summary table summarizes network flows and violations by customer/provider.
Choosing a customer within the summary table filters the charts related to only
the selected customer
Click on Create a Report View icon for desired report (SLA Profile).
Complete New Report View Wizard by specifying a Name and Location for this entry.
From Public Folders, choose the desired destination folder or click on New Folder if
required to create a new folder. This example assumes a new folder is required.
Choose desired folder to save the report view (i.e. the one just created) and click OK.
Now that the folder has been created and/or selected, click Finish to save the Report View.
Locate your newly created report view in the appropriate folder. The new folder should be
found under Public Folders which can be recalled by the link used earlier on the submenu or
from the main panel. Click on the link for the new folder
