adding up new principle (additional business) with same resources, thus increasing profitability of the organisation.
2 Played significant role in switching from Cheque Discounting to over draft facility in order to save 300k per Year & inventory
reduction to 50%, thus adding value to the organization..
3 Instrumental in consolidating shipments while working with UTS Carrier L.L.C. saved Freight Cost of US $400k in Year 2007 &
Saved USD $550k in Year 2008.
4 On regional level consolidation of volume with the shipping line, made cost reduction of US $1.5 Million in Year 2011.
5 Implemented a system of costing analysis, thus providing details of the shipment with a click of button, along with supplier
invoice details, add-on cost analysis & respective service provider costs (freight, customs, origin charges, insurance etc).
