McGuire Moorman Hospitality was formed in 2008 to operate chefs Larry McGuire
and Tom Moormans growing family of Austin restaurants. The MMH team manages
Lamberts Downtown Barbecue, Perlas Seafood & Oyster Bar, Elizabeth Street Caf,
Clarks Oyster Bar, the Josephine House and Jeffreys Restaurant & Bar. As the
local partner in Austin Proper, MMH is developing two exciting restaurant concepts,
a neighborhood coffee shop and take-out spot, in-room dining services and the
hotels banquet programs. Residents of the Proper will be joining the family of
Austins best restaurant group.
