REVOCATION OF POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, NAPOLYN C. FERNANDEZ, of legal age, single and a

resident of Block 2, Lot 14, Narra Street, Bel Air Village, Bel-Air,
Makati City, did on the 6th day of March 2017, executed a GENERAL
POWER OF ATTORNEY before Atty. FREDERICK I. BARCELON, a
Notary Public in and for Makati City and registered under Doc. No.
21, Page No. 5, Book No. 2, Series of 2017, and there did appoint
ABEGAIL P. GUARDIAN as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for
me and in my name to perform the acts therein set forth;

That I have revoked and recalled the said power of attorney,

and do hereby revoke, recall, and annul all power and authority
thereby given to the said ABEGAIL P. GUARDIAN together with any
and all concomitant rights, powers and privileges given to her.
