WHEREAS the administrative, financial, and executive functions of the
Society shall be vested in the Executive Council.

NOW THEREFORE the Executive Council moves to include as follows:

Part 1: General Services

1. The EUS and associated tutors shall not be held liable for academic
achievement of any student.

2. The EUS and associated tutors will assist all student learning with the
use of limited supports within the tutors capability. The EUS does not
guarantee the provision of a specialized tutor.

form be inaccurate, missing or incomplete, the Director of Tutoring
Services will attempt to contact the involved parties. If no contact is
made, the Director of Tutoring Services will take no further action.

receipt).

5. The EUS and associated tutors reserve the right to request payment of
all sessions up to date. If a tutor has (upon request) been denied
payment for one (1) week, the Director of Tutoring Services will contact
the involved parties. Should payment continue to be withheld for an
additional one (1) week, the EUS reserves the right to reassign the
tutor.

Part 3: Tutor Reassignment

6. In the event of three (3) total or two (2) consecutive missed sessions,
upon informing the involved parties, the EUS reserves the right to
