(Users Manual)

TURNING ON

1. Plug the device to 220V source outlet.


2. Open the back door of the device then turn on the laptop and wait for the screen to

initialize.
3. Tap the software application of Automated Currency Exchange Machine with Bill

Authenticity Checker including arduino and visual basic.


4. A form will be displayed on the screen and you can now use the device.

TURNING OFF

1. Tap the finish button to terminate the program running.


2. Open the back door of the device then shutdown the laptop properly.
3. Unplug the device to the volt source.

HOW TO USE THE DEVICE


1. Choose on the display on the screen what currency needed to convert.
2. After choosing currency wait for the process button to appear then tap it to begin

transaction.
3. Insert the bill to the bill acceptor one at a time. Wait for the green light for the

next bill to be inserted.


4. Tap proceed with payout to let the device dispense bills and coins.
5. Wait until the coin stop dropping before getting all the money and receipt.
6. Tap the finish button to end the transaction.

HOW TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE DEVICE

1. The device should be cleansed through using dry cloth.


2. The Thermal Paper can be replaced through opening the front door of the device.
3. The wirings and other materials found inside the device can be cleansed when the

device is unplugged and by using dry cloth.


4. The Bill Acceptor can be maintained through using the maintenance card

included in the device to be insert at the bill slot.


5. Bills and Coins can be refilled by opening the back door of the device and by

putting assorted coins to the coin hopper and hundred peso bills at the bill

dispenser.

WARNING AND PRECAUTIONS


1. Pricking, Punching or Stabbing the LCD touch screen may cause

damage.
2. Do not put any kind of liquid near or inside the device.
3. Inserting any kind of paper rather than money bills of designated

currency will be rejected by the Bill Acceptor and may cause

malfunctioning.
4. Handle with care
